Absolute

  • Heart failure of any severity.
  • Hypersensitivity to cilostazol or any of its components.
  • Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance ≤ 25 ml/min).
  • Severe hepatic impairment.
  • Active bleeding (e.g., active peptic ulcer or intracranial hemorrhage).
