Where we fit
Almost everything out there looks at one half
Some read your labs without knowing what you take. Others review your medication without seeing your values. The question that decides is not which is cheapest: it is which one looks at both at once.

Asking a general assistant
It explains the lab report you paste in plain language, and it does it rather well.
It does not know what you take unless you tell it, it does not remember last time, and nobody answers for what it says.
- 2 to 10 USD
An app that reads lab results
It interprets the values, organises them and tells you which are out of range.
It works only from the laboratory sheet. Your medication list never enters the picture.
- Whatever it costs where you live
A medical consultation
A professional examines you, diagnoses you and decides treatment. It is the only thing on this list that can.
They see what you tell them in twenty minutes. If four specialists treat you, each still sees their own part.

Iatra
We cross your full medication list against your lab values and look for what does not show up separately. If something raises a clinical alert, a physician reviews and signs it before it goes out.
We do not examine you, we do not diagnose and we do not change your treatment. That still belongs to your doctor.
What is on the other side of that line
An interaction between two drugs no physician ever saw together because two different specialists prescribed them. A dose today's kidney function no longer tolerates. A lab value that changes the risk of a pill someone has taken for years without trouble.
Of more than ninety products reviewed one by one in September 2026, exactly one cross-checks medication against laboratory values. It is one person's side project. No company does it.
And it is not something we invented to sell: the interaction between a drug and a laboratory test has its own name in the clinical literature and a published prevalence of up to 43% of patients. It is just that, until now, it was watched only inside a hospital.
When we are NOT the right option
If your case is one of these, save your money:
- 01You only want to understand a lab report and you take no chronic medication. A reading app will do, and it will do it today.
- 02You need someone to examine you, diagnose you or change your treatment. That is a consultation, and we neither do it nor replace it.
- 03You have an acute symptom right now. Call emergency services, not us.
