Absolute

  • Concomitant use of phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) due to risk of severe hypotension.
  • Severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg) or cardiogenic shock.
  • Severe anemia.
  • Hypersensitivity to nitrates.
