Approved indications
- Short-term relief (for two-three months) of edema and symptoms related to chronic venous insufficiency in adults.
- Treatment of symptoms related to acute hemorrhoidal attacks in adults.
Contraindications
Absolute
- Hypersensitivity to the active substances (diosmin, hesperidin) or to any of the excipients.
Clinical warnings
- In acute hemorrhoidal attack, treatment must be short-term. If symptoms do not resolve, a proctological examination should be performed and treatment reconsidered. — AEMPS CIMA

Pregnancy: Caution should be exercised. Lactation: Use is not recommended as it is not known whether it is excreted in human milk.
