Approved indications
- Temporary local relief of itching, pain, or stinging from insect bites, contact with jellyfish or nettles, and minor skin irritation.
Contraindications
Absolute
- Hypersensitivity to tripelennamine, related substances, or any excipient.
- Exudative or vesicular dermatitis, children under 2 years, extensive areas, or inflammation around the lesion.
Clinical warnings

Pregnancy and lactation
May be used during pregnancy when prescribed. May be used while breastfeeding.
