  • Use of nitrates or nitric-oxide donors; use of guanylate-cyclase stimulators such as riociguat; hypersensitivity.
  • Sexual activity inadvisable because of heart disease; recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, recent heart failure, uncontrolled arrhythmia or hypertension, hypotension, recent stroke, or vision loss from NAION.
