Myelosuppression, anemia, ataxia, dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, phlebitis, pulmonary toxicity, pneumonitis, anorexia, constipation, diarrhea, stomatitis, alopecia, and injection-site reaction

Pregnancy and lactation

It may cause fetal harm and infertility. Use contraception during treatment and for 6 months afterward in women and men. Do not breastfeed during treatment or for 7 days afterward.
