  • Known hypersensitivity, including anaphylaxis, to obinutuzumab or its excipients, or prior serum sickness with obinutuzumab.

Pregnancy and lactation

It can cause fetal B-cell depletion. Use contraception during treatment and for 6 months afterward. Do not breastfeed during treatment or for 6 months afterward. In infants exposed in utero, avoid live vaccines until B-cell recovery is confirmed.
