Absolute

  • Known hypersensitivity to alprazolam or other benzodiazepines.
  • Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole).
  • Severe respiratory insufficiency.
  • Sleep apnea syndrome.
  • Severe hepatic impairment.
  • Myasthenia gravis.
