What it is (and isn't)

It is a clinical guidance tool: it organizes and cross-checks the patient's scattered information so the next appointment goes further. It does not diagnose, does not replace the examination or your judgment, and the deliverable is always a report — never a certificate.

How it works

  4. 4The patient receives their reportIn 5 to 7 days, by email. They arrive at your next appointment with the data already organized.

What a report looks like

A long but readable report: it opens with a “one-minute” summary, develops the findings with their rationale and sources, and closes with concrete questions for the next appointment. Signed by a physician, with name and license number.
