Iatra gathers all your patient's information (labs, medication, history), cross-checks it in depth and produces a clear report. Cases that call for clinical judgment are held until a physician reviews and signs them. You recommend it, and earn a professional fee for doing so.

What it is (and isn't)

It is a clinical guidance tool: it organizes and cross-checks the patient's scattered information so the next appointment goes further. It does not diagnose, does not replace the examination or your judgment, and the deliverable is always a report: never a certificate.

How it works

  3. 3A physician reviews and signs the cases that call for itWhen the automated control finds something that calls for clinical judgment, the report is held: a physician reviews it, adjusts what is needed, writes their assessment and signs it with their name and license number. Reports that do not go through this are delivered marked as an informational document, without individual review.
  4. 4The patient receives their reportIn 5 to 7 days, by email. They arrive at your next appointment with the data already organized.

What a report looks like

A long but readable report: it opens with a “one-minute” summary, develops the findings with their rationale and sources, and closes with concrete questions for the next appointment. When the case goes through review, it carries the physician's signature with their name and license number; if it does not, it goes out marked as an informational document.
