Iatra gathers all the medical information —lab results, medication, history, yours or that of the person you care for— and reviews it together. It looks for interactions between medications, doses worth adjusting and values that deserve attention. Then a physician reviews the report and signs it.
What it is not: it does not diagnose, it does not replace your doctor and it never substitutes a consultation. What it does is get you to your next appointment with everything organised and with concrete questions.
