From signing up to getting paid your first month. Every step with what you need and where to find it.
This is what your patient will receive. A complete report with an executive summary, analysis of each medication, interactions, points of attention and concrete questions for the appointment. Sample case, no real data.
About 3 minutes. We ask for your details, your specialty and your license number —to accredit you— and your PayPal email or Wise details, which is how you get paid. If you also want to review and sign reports, tick that box: you can do just one, the other, or both.

It is generated automatically from your name: iatra.health/dr/your-name. Any patient entering through it is linked to you for 90 days — if they generate their report within that window, it counts for you. You also get your QR code, pointing to the same link.
Most effective in consultation: say it out loud and show the QR. For WhatsApp, the template is already written in your kit.
Your dashboard has a printable kit already personalised with your link and QR: ready-made WhatsApp and email messages, a 30-second script for consultation, a leaflet to hand out and a poster for the waiting room. The leaflet and poster can also be downloaded separately, each ready to print on one page.
The leaflet is designed for older adults: large type, simple language and a note that a family member can help.
There you see how many patients came through your link, how many generated a report and how much you have accrued. It updates by itself.
You get in through a link we email you (no password): if it expires, request it again from the same page. And what the dashboard does NOT show: the identity or clinical data of your patients. That is deliberate — your recommendation does not grant you access to their history.
If you accredited to review, reports come to you. The system prepares an already cross-checked dossier —medication, interactions, renal and hepatic adjustment, labs— and you write your clinical assessment, request adjustments if needed, and sign. A review takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Your signature attests to YOUR judgment, not to the system's text: if your assessment is too brief or identical to the draft, signing is blocked. That is what makes this a clinical act.
Your dashboard shows what you accrued this period, split between what you earned recommending and what you earned reviewing. Settlement is monthly via PayPal or Wise, with the details you entered at sign-up. Fees adjust to your country's market — you see them in the calculator and, once inside, on your dashboard.
Reviewing always pays more than recommending: the signature is real responsibility.

You can do both: refer your patients and review reports. The only thing that does not stack is earning for referring AND for reviewing on the very same patient you sign — there you earn the review, which is the clinical work. In everything else, you earn both.
The leaflet and the templates state that Iatra pays the physicians who recommend and review. Keep it. That is what makes the recommendation honest: the patient knows the relationship exists and decides with that information. Framing it as “I earn by sending patients” is exactly what we avoid.
Tell us what gets stuck, not what works. Where you hesitated, what was unclear, what felt tedious. A voice note is enough — it is the most valuable information we can get right now.
